It was here that the young entrepreneur invested in research, technology and innovation and set up his dynamic business model. In 2020, Anatolia Kebab moved to Casalpusterlengo in new premises of 3200 square metres, processing 25 tonnes of meat per day.
It is an excellent production plant, among the most advanced in Europe in terms of its state-of-the-art machinery and food hygiene and safety systems. With the launch of the cooked-and-sliced Döner Kebab on the market, Italians can finally, after so many poor imitations, enjoy the authentic traditional kebab.
